QTSC announces the customer’s supporting policy in COVID-19 pandemic
The complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic has seriously affected the business activities of all enterprises in general and in Quang Trung Software City in particular. For assisting and sharing difficulties caused by Covid-19 pandemic, QTSC would like to inform the supporting policies for clients 
QTSC deploys Ticket Call Center management system
Facing the need to care for the increasing number of customers, QTSC has cooperated with partners to deploy an online management application named Ticket Call Center aiming to receive customer’s requests/reflections more flexible. 
QTSC Drive - Smart Digital Data & Security Platform
As a part of transforming process to become a smart city, QTSC has deployed to provide a platform for enterprises named QTSC Drive - Smart Digital Data Management & Security Platform. 
QTSC upgrades Video Management System (VMS) to Smart VMS
Last June, QTSC collaborated with partner to complete research and deploy the Video Management System – VMS with AI application into practice at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC). Up to now, the system has been upgraded to Smart VMS with new intelligent features.
