EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

Technology development is getting advanced dramatically day by day, as well as towards the project of "Developing Ho Chi Minh City into a smart city in the 2017-2020 period, with a vision to 2025", QTSC has been developing many communication programs, promoting and organizing events to foster Vietnam IT industry, nurturing innovations, building technology community and digital economy community in Vietnam. These activities also to connect overseas Vietnamese experts with the local business community to boost technology transfer, apply advanced scientific and technological advances in Vietnam in the direction of the fourth industrial revolution.

Vietnam IT Outsourcing Conference (http://vnito.org/): This is a bi-annual event, which is organized by QTSC & VNITO Alliance, in order to promote the Vietnam ITO/BPO sector, gather Vietnam software outsourcing enterprises, and create an effective bridge between the ITO/BPO Vietnamese companies to the world. VNITO Conference assists outsourcing buyers and service providers to network, cooperate and discuss trends, issues, and opportunities related to software outsourcing.
Vietnam Digital Economy Forum (http://www.vdef.a-vse.org/): The event aims to create a platform for dialogue focusing on Vietnam’s digital economic perspectives between the national policy makers, Vietnamese enterprises, global economic groups and leading experts in Vietnam and the world. The two main objectives of the forum are: sharing national strategic visions and practical experiences in public and business organizations. A good volume of dedicated time will be reserved for meeting, networking, and social events to facilitate discussion and partnership among the delegates.
Agile Vietnam Conference (http://www.agilevietnam.org/): This is annual event organized by QTSC and Agile Vietnam, which will gather international and local speakers addressing many case studies and updated knowledge. The event will be including many topics related to Agile, like Agile transformation, Agile at scale, Startup, Agile in game developments, etc.
Saigon Technology Forum (http://saigonforum.org/): This is open forum to connect Vietnamese people working and doing research in hi-technology sectors inside and outside the country. This is a hub for sharing knowledge and experiences, communicating and discussing how to apply and deploy the achievements of science and technology of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) into solving Ho Chi Minh City current issues such as economic development, technology training, and smart urban governance, ect.
Saigon IT Bootcamp (http://itbootcamp.saigontech.edu.vn/): Saigon IT Bootcamp is an annual IT camp organized by QTSC and SaigonTech for IT- passionate youth, in grades 9-12 from high schools or junior students from colleges, universities in Ho Chi Minh City and other neighbor provinces.
Overseas Promotion Campaigns: Annually, QTSC and VNITO Alliance co-organize many international business promotion campaigns to the U.S., Japan, and other countries. QTSC and VNITO also ink deal with many partners such as Silicon Valley Forum, VIDG, International Accelerator (U.S. Market) and FISA, JASIPA, IBPC Osaka (Japanese market) for cooperation in fostering the business opportunities among members.
Knowledge Sharings: QTSC co-operate with partners to organize various types of seminars, workshops, technical talks, to update new trends on technology, business and marketing skills, human resources improvement,… Benefiting from these events, QTSC will provide a fruitful and healthy sustainable member community as well as attract diverse new business models to create a more sustainable local growth.
Business Matching & Networking Session: As one of the key project of Ho Chi Minh City on technology and a hub of software companies, start-ups, QTSC welcomes many group of foreign business delegations from Japan, Korea, Thailand, U.S.A, Europe,... to visit and look for the possibilities of working with QTSC and Vietnamese companies. We regularly organize face-to-face meeting, business matching, technical tours to create opportunities for peer networking and interaction, connect Vietnam and foreign enterprises, develop business cooperation.
Local community events: Every year, to celebrate the New Year and the foundation anniversary, QTSC organizes many traditional community activities such as sport tournament, music festival, blood donation, charity event… These events will generate excitement and local pride, strengthen the citizen’s relationship, as well as promote the brand name of the park.
