The primary responsibility of a Sourcer is to assist our Clients’ recruitment team in searching for qualified candidate profiles that match with the job requirements from different online sources. Additionally, the Researcher will also add value to the Clients’ organization by conducting other HR project research, where required.

This job is based in our office in Quang Trung Software City, in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. * Responsibilities:

- Working with an international management team to understand client requirements and priorities.
- Searching for candidates on the internet, mostly social media and job boards.
- Scoring candidates against the job description.
- Sharing information and supporting other team members with passdown

* Qualifications:

- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English (At least TOEIC 500 or equivalent)
