As the semiconductor industry increasingly serves as a key driver of the digital economy and global technology supply chains, strengthening international cooperation, attracting investment, advancing technology, and developing a highly skilled workforce are of particular importance to Vietnam’s continued development.

VIETNAM–SINGAPORE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY COOPERATION FORUM 2026

The Forum will bring together representatives of government agencies, experts, and leading semiconductor enterprises from Vietnam and Singapore to exchange views on:

Vietnam’s semiconductor industry development orientation and investment attraction policies; Semiconductor industry trends in Asia and opportunities for Vietnam–Singapore cooperation; The semiconductor ecosystem and investment environment in Ho Chi Minh City and QTSC; Supply chain development, research and development (R&D), and innovation; Cooperation in developing a highly skilled workforce to meet the needs of the semiconductor industry; and A Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony between Vietnamese and Singaporean organizations, opening up new opportunities for investment cooperation, technology transfer, and semiconductor ecosystem development.
