ITPC and DXCenter hold training on “Using AI to automate international B2B customer search and outreach”

On October 1, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), organized a training program titled “Using AI to automate international B2B customer search and outreach” at the Riverside Hotel, 18–19–20 Ton Duc Thang Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The one-day program focused on introducing artificial intelligence (AI) and automation solutions to help businesses improve operational efficiency, conduct market research, identify potential partners, and expand business opportunities in international markets.

As cross-border e-commerce continues to grow, AI can not only help businesses save time and resources but also enable a more proactive, targeted, and scalable approach to reaching B2B customers.

During the program, participants were introduced to and guided through several key topics:

Building a team of AI Agents within the enterprise: Setting up AI assistants for different business functions, with the ability to access and work with the company’s own knowledge base.

Automating business processes with Agentic AI: Exploring how to build AI systems capable of coordinating multiple interconnected tasks to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Using AI to identify and reach international B2B customers: Identifying target markets, developing ideal customer profiles, and automating multilingual customer outreach.

Using AI to support international transactions: Leveraging AI tools to search, review, and prepare legal documentation for international trade, with an emphasis on security and compliance.

Through the training program, ITPC and DXCenter aimed to equip the business community with practical AI knowledge and tools, supporting a gradual shift from traditional customer acquisition methods toward smarter, data-driven, and automated approaches.

The program also contributed to advancing digital transformation among businesses, enhancing their competitiveness, and helping Ho Chi Minh City enterprises proactively tap into opportunities in international B2B markets.
