KDDI HCM GNOC is hiring IT maintenance

 Working location: KDDI HCM Branch-67-69 Ha Noi highway, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC
 
The role
- Visit the customer site to check for ICT devices and do periodical maintenance
- Do the troubleshooting for:
+PC
+Server
+Firewall
+Switch, Router
+Wi-fi AP
+CCTV system,
+PBX system
+Access control troubleshooting
- And other requirements from the customer
 
Requirements
- Soft - skill to communicate well with customers and vendor
- Knowledge of PCs
- Knowledge of Server, Network, and other devices
- Documentation skill
- No problems with car transportation
- Communicate in English
- Entry-level (just graduated or 1-2 years of experience in the IT field)
