Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in learning and development, preferably at a supervisory level.
Good command in English both verbal & oral.
Have more than 5 years of working in the training field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
