Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably at a supervisory level.
  • Good command in English both verbal & oral.
  • Have more than 5 years of working in the training field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
