On the morning of November 2, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Center of Supporting and Enterprise Development (CSED), QTSC and the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter) organized a training course “Applying digital technology in business environment”.

The course welcomed 30 participants from various enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The program aimed to equip enterprises with essential skills to address challenges and seize opportunities from the digital transformation wave, thereby enhancing competitiveness and promoting sustainable development in the digital economy.

In the opening remarks, DXCenter’s representative emphasized the importance of transforming business models from traditional to digital, seeing this as a crucial factor for adapting to an increasingly complex market. This training course focused on building and managing digital business models, operating enterprises in a digital environment, and applying advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the course provided practical examples from successful models, offering enterprises deeper insights and enabling them to flexibly apply these approaches to their own operations.
