TESTER

Job Description:

• Analyze requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Develop test cases and execute manual test.
• Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
• Execute tests and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements.
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Collaborate closely with other team members and customers.
• Responding to requests from customers and managers.

Required skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a testing role (1+ year)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with testing desktop, web and mobile applications
• Experience writing and executing manual test scrips
• Experience with writing SQL queries
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of development technologies and tools: JSON and XML, Postman (highly desired)
• Experience in working with agile/scrum methodology

 Nice to Have:

• ISTQB Certificate or equivalence.
• Experience in automation testing.

SENIOR TESTER

Job Description:

• Analyze users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Create test plan and develop test cases.
• Define, implement test strategy, test design and execute manual test.
• Execute tests and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements.
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Collaborate closely with other team members and customers.
• Prepare file defect reports and report test progress to Manager.
• Assist in the training/mentoring of other members.
• Responding to requests from customers and managers.
• Provide support and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings with customers to go through requirements and discuss testing approach.
• Collect reports from other members (both developing and testing tasks) and participate the daily call to provide an update to customers.

Required skills/Experience:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Software tester.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Have experience of working in Agile, fast-paced environment/wastewater.
• Experience in API testing and SQL queries is a big plus.
• Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience writing and executing manual test scrips.
• Experience in working with agile/scrum methodology at least 1 year
• Knowledge of development technologies and tools: JSON and XML, Postman, SOAP UI.
• Fearless – not afraid to suggest ideas to customers to improve the product quality.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.

 Nice to Have:

• ISTQB Certificate or equivalence.
• Experience in leading a team.
