In just five days, from June 21-25, the Department of Health of HCMC in collaboration with the HCMC Center for Disease Control (HCDC), the Preventive Health Center District 12 deployed a rapid Covid-19 vaccination campaign for businesses operating in Quang Trung Software City (QTSC). The campaign was successfully completed at 4:00PM on June 25.

HCDC had mobilized 48 injection teams from 09 hospitals and clinics through the city and completed injections for nearly 11,000 people from 190 businesses. It was a high determination of the city's health sector that helped software businesses to rest assured to produce and perform the city's dual goal of fighting the pandemic and ensuring development.

Mr. Phan Van Giac - Chief Representative of HCMC Office of Saigontel expressed their sincere thanks to the medical team and QTSC: “Saigontel would like to say thank you for your support in the vaccination session on June 23. The session ended well, safely and thoughtfully. Being vaccinated has helped Saigontel staff be safer in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.”

“With the security characteristics of a technology company, most ATALINK employees have to work at the office during the pandemic. Therefore, vaccination is very meaningful, helping us to maintain operations at the highest level. It is hoped that Vietnam will quickly increase the vaccination rate for the whole population and achieve herd immunity so that the country can reach the dual goal of fighting the pandemic and growing the economy,” shared Mr. Lai Duc Nhuan, General Director of ATALINK.

The miracle is that after only a few days of the batch of Covid-19 vaccine donated by the Japanese Government arrived in HCMC, the employees in QTSC could be vaccinated immediately. Swiss Post Solution Vietnam really appreciates this.”

Health and safety are always top priority for employees working in Quang Trung Software City. With the attention from the city government, the support of Department of Health of HCMC, HCDC, and the enthusiasm of doctors and nurses from hospitals/clinics, the Covid-19 vaccination campaign at QTSC took place smoothly and quickly.
