On January 10, 2026, a delegation from the People’s Security University paid a working visit to QTSC. Welcoming the delegation, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC, delivered a welcoming address, expressing her appreciation for QTSC being selected as the University’s destination for practical research. She also shared an overview of QTSC’s key roles, functions, and development plans going forward.
In its ongoing efforts to enhance service quality, standardize management practices, and ensure information security, QTSC has officially obtained and continues to maintain several important international ISO certifications, affirming its management capability in line with global standards in the provision of information technology infrastructure and services.
On the morning of December 17, 2025, QTSC welcomed a delegation of students from De Montfort University Cambodia (DMU Cambodia) for a study visit to explore the technology ecosystem and innovation environment at QTSC.
On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army and the 36th All-People’s National Defense Day, on December 13, 2025, Center 286 (Cyber Command, Ministry of National Defense), in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of Tan Binh Ward (Ho Chi Minh City), QTSC, and partnering units and enterprises, held an inauguration and handover ceremony for the “Border Lights” and “National Flag Road” projects at the Dak Ka Border Guard Post, Bu Gia Map Commune, Dong Nai Province.
With nearly 25 years of development across a total area of 43 hectares, QTSC is home to more than 120 IT enterprises and over 21,000 people working and studying. Since 2016, QTSC has proactively implemented initiatives to promote “dual transformation” — including digital transformation and green transformation. This strategic direction responds to global trends in the circular economy, emissions reduction, and sustainable development, while enhancing QTSC’s competitiveness in attracting investment.
The seminar “Promoting investment in concentrated digital technology park” took place on the morning of December 5, 2025, at QTSC. The event was co-organized by the Department of Information Technology Industry (Ministry of Science and Technology), the Foreign Investment Agency (Ministry of Finance), QTSC, and the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter).
Amid the IT industry’s rapid shift toward the digital era, transforming operational models and refreshing brand identity have become essential. In line with this transformation, the QTSC Telecom Center has been renamed the QTSC Digitech Center (abbreviated as QTSC Digitech), and QTSC has also established the QTSC Cyber Security Center (abbreviated as QTSC Cybersec) - marking an important milestone in its ongoing support for the digital transformation of Ho Chi Minh City and the nation.
As part of the Ho Chi Minh City Innovation, Science, Technology and Startup Week 2025 (WISE HCMC+ 2025), which took place from November 26 to 28, QTSC participated in the event with two major activities: showcasing its technology solutions at the exhibition booth and accompanying the Digital Transformation Advisory Program for the public sector.
