On the morning of April 23, 2026, QTSC welcomed a delegation of 70 Software Engineering students from An Giang University for a study visit and hands-on experience program. The initiative aimed to provide students with exposure to the digital technology working environment, while also introducing them to innovation activities, the startup ecosystem, and modern software development models at QTSC.
Through company visits, expert sharing sessions, and real workplace exposure, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge, gain a deeper understanding of software development processes, and better understand how businesses in the industry operate in practice.
In addition, the program helped students develop essential skills such as research and analytical skills, the ability to keep up with emerging technologies, and familiarity with programming languages widely used in the industry. Students were also equipped with teamwork skills, English proficiency for international working environments, and an entrepreneurial mindset—key competencies in the rapidly evolving technology sector.
The program featured a range of diverse and practical activities. A representative from An Giang University delivered remarks, sharing the objectives and expectations of the visit. QTSC then provided an overview of its establishment and development, along with key activities in science and technology, digital transformation initiatives, and future development directions.
The students visited BTM Global Vietnam to explore its professional work environment, operational processes, and ongoing technology projects. They also had the opportunity to visit TMA Solutions—one of the largest software enterprises at QTSC—and learn more about career opportunities in the industry.
Additionally, the group toured the QTSC Museum and the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space, gaining a deeper understanding of QTSC’s development journey as well as the cultural values associated with its working and learning environment.
Through this experiential learning trip, students not only expanded their academic knowledge but also accumulated valuable practical experience, building a solid foundation for their future studies and career orientation after graduation. The program also opened up opportunities for collaboration between the Faculty of Information Technology of An Giang University and enterprises, particularly in internship and job placements, as well as in keeping up with emerging technology trends to meet the growing demands of the labor market.
Building on these initiatives, QTSC reaffirmed its role as a bridge connecting universities, businesses, and students in developing a digital talent ecosystem. With a strong focus on linking education with real-world practice, QTSC not only enabled students to access professional work environments but also contributed to developing a high-quality technology workforce, ready to meet the demands of digital transformation and the digital economy in the future.
