How to find Lot 41 parking via the VETC app:

• Download and log in to the VETC app.
• On the main screen, tap “Parking”.
• Search for “Smart Parking Lot 41” to check real-time availability, get directions, and more.
• Use the service and pay for parking.

Flexible payment methods via VETC or banking apps

Two convenient cashless payment options for parking:

Option 1: QR code payment

• Step 1: Open the VETC app or your mobile banking app on your phone.
• Step 2: Tap on the QR code scanner.
• Step 3: Scan the QR code given by the parking attendant or displayed at the parking area.
• Step 4: Confirm the transaction details (license plate number, amount) and complete the payment. (Note: Make sure your VETC or bank account has sufficient funds.)

Option 2: Automatic payment via VETC – the most convenient option, saving time and requiring no action during checkout.

• Step 1: Make sure you have installed the VETC app and logged in.
• Step 2: In the VETC app, navigate account management or service settings.
• Step 3: Find and tap on the “Auto Payment” option.
• Step 4: Activate the feature. The system may ask you to confirm or agree to the terms and conditions.
• Step 5: Make sure your VETC account has enough balance.
• Result: When you park at participating locations, the fee will be automatically deducted from your VETC account at the end of your parking session.
