On the afternoon of May 7, 2026, a delegation from the HCMC Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, led by Mr. Nguyen Viet Long – Deputy Head of the Commission, together with Mr. Pham Huynh Quang Hieu – Deputy Director of the HCMC Department of Science and Technology, and representatives from related agencies, visited and extended congratulations to QTSC on the occasion of Vietnam Science, Technology and Innovation Day (May 18).
Welcoming the delegation were Mr. Tran Huu Dung – CEO of QTSC, the Board of Directors, and senior executives of the company.
At the meeting, representatives of the delegation conveyed their congratulations to the QTSC team on Vietnam Science, Technology and Innovation Day, while also recognizing QTSC’s contributions over the years in promoting information technology development, digital transformation, and innovation in the city.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Long shared that the visit reflected the attention and support of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the City’s outstanding science and technology organizations. He also encouraged officials, experts, and employees in the science and technology sector to continue playing a pioneering role in the new stage of development.
Representing QTSC, Mr. Tran Huu Dung provided an overview of QTSC’s outstanding activities in recent years, especially its strategy for developing a digital technology ecosystem associated with digital transformation, green transformation, and innovation. QTSC is currently focusing on developing digital infrastructure services, data centers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity services, while also expanding cooperation with domestic and international technology enterprises to promote the city’s digital economy.
The CEO of QTSC also emphasized that, as technology continues to play an increasingly vital role in socio-economic development, QTSC will continue fostering an open innovation ecosystem that connects businesses, universities, research institutes, and technology partners to generate meaningful value for the community and enterprises.
The meeting took place in a warm and open atmosphere, reflecting the city leadership’s interest in science, technology, and innovation development. It also reaffirmed QTSC’s role in accompanying Ho Chi Minh City toward the goal of developing a smart city, digital economy, and digital society in the years ahead.
