On the morning of June 9, 2026, at QTSC, Van Thanh An Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (VTA) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sunrise Office Building project at Lot 18, marking a significant step forward in expanding infrastructure to support the development of Vietnam’s digital technology and digital economy sectors.
Under the project plan, Sunrise Office Building will be a modern office building serving business operations, workforce training, and software development and outsourcing activities. The building will comprise 12 floors (including ground floor and 11 upper floors), one basement level, and a rooftop technical floor.
The implementation of the Sunrise Office Building project further demonstrates the attractiveness of QTSC’s investment and business environment to both domestic and international technology enterprises, while also highlighting the increasing demand for operational expansion among the digital technology business community.
As Vietnam’s first and most successful concentrated digital technology park, QTSC has developed a comprehensive technology ecosystem featuring modern digital infrastructure, an internationally certified data center, cloud computing platforms, cybersecurity services, and a network of technology enterprises, educational institutions, and innovation organizations. This ecosystem serves as a solid foundation for attracting investment and fostering the growth of digital technology activities.
The addition of Sunrise Office Building will not only expand the availability of high-quality office space at QTSC but also strengthen its capacity to attract and accommodate technology enterprises, fostering research, product development, workforce training, and innovation. This will further reinforce QTSC’s role as a leading center for digital technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Ho Chi Minh City and across Vietnam.
