The Health Care Center (HCC), in collaboration with its partners, organized a first aid training program for enterprises operating in QTSC on August 2, 2024.
The program aimed to support enterprises in meeting and complying with labor and health regulations while providing certificates of completion. With practical and useful meaning, the program attracted nearly 50 participants from local enterprises.
The first aid training included 8 main topics such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, fainting, electric shock, burns, bleeding control, broken bones and fractures, patient transport, and food poisoning. The training certificate was issued by the Vietnam Institute of Science, Technology, and Education, and Ngoc Minh Clinic.
In addition to sharing basic theoretical knowledge, the practical session helped participants better grasp first aid techniques, allowing them to perform precise operations and retain information longer. Through the training content, employees not only equipped themselves with necessary knowledge but could also share it with their colleagues. In the event of emergencies, they can perform basic, accurate, and timely first aid procedures at the workplace, reducing the danger to victims.
QTSC, with over 150 enterprises operating and more than 21,000 people working and studying regularly, believes that community activities like the first aid training program will help enterprises be more assured in caring for the health of the employees, ensuring business operations are not disrupted and more efficient.
