On the afternoon of April 18, 2025, the “Workforce Healthday” program took place at the conference hall of QTSC Building 1, co-organized by the Health Care Center and QTSC. This special event was dedicated to HR staff from enterprises operating within the Quality Tech Solution Complex.

Aiming to raise awareness about proactive health care and contribute practical value to the business community, the program offered meaningful insights and benefits to HR staff - those who serve as the bridge between employee welfare and workforce performance.

At the “Workforce Healthday” event, HR personnel had the opportunity to:

• Undergo free general health screening (PSS, 36 indicators) for early detection of health issues.
• Learn about AI-powered cardiovascular screening for early risk assessment for common heart diseases.
• Take part in a workshop on improving employee welfare, with insights to enhance workforce performance and employee care.

“Workforce Healthday” was not just an occasion to promote employee health for HR personnel, but also a bridge linking healthcare, technology, and human resources, fostering a healthy and sustainable working environment. Through health screenings, expert knowledge sharing, and advanced technology, the program reaffirmed QTSC’s commitment to enhancing corporate welfare and quality of life for employees.
