On the morning of October 24, 2025, a delegation from the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, led by Mr. Dang Minh Thong – Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, visited and worked at QTSC.

The visit was part of a program to learn about QTSC’s operational model and explore ongoing activities in science, technology, and innovation across the city.

The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai – Chairman of QTSC, Mr. Tran Huu Dung – CEO of QTSC, the Deputy CEOs, and heads of departments and centers.

During the working session, QTSC leaders presented an overview of the park’s establishment and development, as well as initiatives promoting innovation, research, and the application of science and technology in accordance with Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on advancing science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. In addition, the delegation engaged in discussions on several topics such as the expansion of the QTSC Chain to other localities, collaboration in science and technology R&D, and plans to develop new digital technology zones to extend the success of the QTSC model nationwide, etc.

As part of the program, the delegation visited several science, technology, and innovation models within the QTSC campus, including:

• QTSC DigiTech Center - the location of Ho Chi Minh City’s data center, providing cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure services for enterprises and government agencies.
• The Sentry (Co-working Space) - a creative environment that supports startups and fosters innovation.
• TMA Solutions Innovation Center - where a wide range of technology-driven solutions are developed for domestic and international clients.
• Open Innovation Center (SoiHub), a collaborative space that connects scientists, enterprises, and startups in researching and applying new technologies.

Through the visit, the delegation recognized QTSC’s significant contributions to shaping Ho Chi Minh City’s ecosystem of innovation, information technology, and digital transformation. Building on its pioneering role as Vietnam’s first and most successful concentrated IT park, QTSC continues to move forward with its vision of becoming a Quality Tech Solution Complex, contributing to the city’s goal of developing into a smart, innovative, and leading technology hub in Vietnam.
