Hue College delegation visited QTSC to exchange digital transformation experiences

On the morning of June 17, 2025, a delegation from Hue College, led by Vice Rector Ms. Dang Thi Quynh Lan, paid a working visit to QTSC.

The delegation was welcomed by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong – Deputy CEO of QTSC, and Mr. Phan Phuong Tung – Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Support and Consulting Center (DXCenter). During the meeting, the college representatives expressed their interest in learning from QTSC’s experience in digital transformation in education – including successfully implemented solutions, technology applications in training management, and teaching tools or software tailored to the specific needs of their college.

QTSC representatives shared that the organization embarked on its digital transformation journey in 2016 with the aim of strengthening internal governance, enhancing service quality, increasing customer satisfaction, and attracting enterprises. The roadmap ranged from foundational steps such as digitizing infrastructure data, power systems, and lighting, to advanced solutions including automation of operational processes and the adoption of smart management technologies. These initiatives have laid the groundwork for positioning QTSC as a smart and green technology city, taking the lead in digital transformation and innovation in Ho Chi Minh City.

As a unit under QTSC, DXCenter plays an active role in promoting digital transformation activities, supporting organizations, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in planning and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. With extensive experience across various sectors, DXCenter and its expert team are always ready to provide consulting, share practical insights, and accompany educational institutions in building suitable digital transformation strategies—covering aspects from training models and curriculum content to teaching platforms and tools.

To provide the delegation a firsthand experience of technology solutions in education, they visited STEAMZone—the largest centralized STEAM education center in Ho Chi Minh City, located within QTSC’s campus. Spanning over 2,000 square meters, STEAMZone can accommodate more than 1,000 students and teachers at a time. Here, visitors can explore and receive training in cutting-edge technologies such as 3D printing, virtual reality (VR), big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT), all applied to STEAM fields such as science, mechanics, and automation.

The visit served as a valuable opportunity for the parties to share practical experiences and promote the application of technology in education, thereby contributing to the development of a highly skilled workforce that meets the evolving demands of the digital age.
