Osaka City and Ho Chi Minh City have built a close, long-term relationship through many cooperative activities in the fields of economics, trade and investment. Especially in IT sector, QTSC and Osaka IBPC annually organize business matching sessions, investment promotion programs between Osaka and Vietnam IT companies.

At the meeting, Mr. Hiroaki Wakabayashi – Vice president of IBPC Osaka updated some highlights of IT development in Osaka and shared a desire to promote the cooperation in IT sector between QTSC and Osaka, created many opportunities for Vietnamese IT engineers to work at Japanese companies in Osaka.

Mr. Phan Phuong Tung – Sales manager of QTSC sent many thanks for enthusiastic support of Osaka’s Prefecture whenever Vietnam IT delegations visited and worked at Osaka. He also presented about investment promotion programs in Japan of QTSC as well as other IT companies in 2018 and proposed the cooperation of 2 sides in the following years.

At the end of the meeting, the delegation visited TMA Solutions - a Vietnam leading software development company that had branch in Tokyo – Japan, and GCS – a member of Hitachi Consulting Corporation.
