On the afternoon of August 10^th, the Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) together with its members had a meeting with Mr. John Lindsay, Vice President of IESC - Improving Economies for Stronger Communities (USAID partner). In addition to find out general information about QTSC, SMEs' digital transformation and innovation activities, the meeting was also an opportunity to collect useful information for USAID LinkSME project.

For the first time visiting QTSC, Mr. John Lindsay was informed of its operational model, milestones and development orientations. There were two startups at QTSC Incubator (Digitech Solutions, Voyager) joining in the meeting to introduce their scope of business, typical solutions/products, and development cooperation needs.

Mr. John Lindsay also visited the office of Digiex and A&A (Automation & Agriculture). Here, they shared about their ongoing projects for clients, along with technology solutions being researched and developed to go to market.

During the meeting, the main questions were raised for discussion related to the implementation of digital technology application in products and solutions, the combined power of parts for sustainable development in the innovation ecosystem, training plans to attract human resources, and so on.

Vice President of IESC John Lindsay shared that he was very glad and honored to have the meeting with QTSC, and the connections with businesses operating in the local. Following that, IESC can better understand the implementation of digital transformation and innovation activities of SMEs, in order to promote international cooperation and development projects effectively in the upcoming time.
