On the morning of June 5, 2025, a smart parking lot at Lot 41 of QTSC was officially inaugurated as part of the Government’s Project 06 to implement a cashless parking model. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Le Thang – CEO of VETC, Ms. Tran Ngoc Nhut – Representative of PC06 under the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department, Mr. Tran Huu Dung – CEO of QTSC, as well as representatives from Saigonbank and Saigon Consulting Service & Trading Co., Ltd.

The launch of the smart parking lot represents a practical move toward the effective implementation of Project 06 – “Promoting the application of population data, electronic identification and authentication in support of the national digital transformation for the period 2022–2025, with a vision to 2030.” It also supports the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee’s plan to strengthen the application of technology in state management at public parking sites.

The new parking system at QTSC integrates advanced technologies such as automatic license plate recognition, electronic payments via bank cards and mobile apps. This eliminates the need for cash transactions entirely, enhances transparency in fee collection, and improves the overall user experience. The model also aims to reduce transaction processing time, alleviate congestion at parking lot entrances, and optimize operating costs.

Additionally, the implementation of the cashless smart parking model aims to better meet growing parking demand within QTSC, enhance management efficiency, ensure traffic safety and security, and support crime prevention through centralized and professional oversight. This model not only provides practical benefits to the community of enterprises, organizations, and individuals working and studying in the area, but also helps to elevate QTSC’s image as a professional and modern technology park.

Far beyond a standalone solution, QTSC is gradually building a comprehensive ecosystem of smart digital products, solutions, and services to lay the groundwork for digital economy growth. This initiative is part of a long-term strategy to realize the vision of becoming a “Quality Tech Solution Complex” – a hub for high-quality tech solutions and a pioneer in Ho Chi Minh City’s digital transformation journey.
