A Japanese business delegation from Kyoto and Osaka visited and learned about cooperation opportunities in Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) in the morning of August 29, 2019.

Japanese companies mainly operate in the field of providing optimal IT infrastructure for high demand customers. In the current trend, businesses are focusing on concentration, distribution, integration and virtualization with the goal to provide specialized and advanced IT services for customers. Visiting QTSC, they were looking for partners in the field of IT infrastructure, solutions for data centers, etc., and offshore companies.

The representative of Sales Department introduced the strengths of QTSC to potential investors and invited the delegation to join the Vietnam ITO Conference 2019 will be held in October in Ho Chi Minh City. The Conference is an effective platform for local and foreign enterprises to meet and explore business opportunities in the IT field. This year, the Conference will introduce solutions on artificial intelligence (AI/ML), Blockchain, Big Data, IoT, Digital Transformation, and Tech talents, etc. Furthermore, the Conference aims to create an international forum on a large scale, highlight the capacity of Vietnam's IT industry, draw attention and participation of foreign partners, and contribute to promoting the image and potential of Vietnam Information Technology industry as the emerged destination for innovation.

In addition, Japanese businesses could participate in the Japanese panel to introduce Japanese partners' success stories when working with Vietnam IT services companies, thus it’s easier to find business partners.

At the end of the meeting, the delegation took a site visit around the park, QTSC R&D Labs and the Agriculture Center of Excellence.
