Joint Venture for Service Excellence in Vietnam

DIGI-TEXX and Samhammer have decided to combine their excellent and digital services in a joint venture (namely Samhammer Company Limited, located in Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Ho Chi Minh City). The aim is to serve the rapidly expanding market in Asia and especially in Vietnam with high quality and efficient helpdesk solutions. For this purpose, the Service Excellence processes of Samhammer AG are combined with the digitally experienced solutions of DIGI-TEXX.
