On 3rd March 2018, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long, CEO of QTSC, Standing Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) has been assigned to hold the position of Chairman of HCA term VI since March 2018 by the Executive Committee of HCA term VI.

HCA is the first IT association in Vietnam with the aim to propose development policies for ICT sector, organize trade promotion programs, support association members (individuals and companies) in commercial development, business matching, information exchange,… so as to contribute to the sustainable development of the members and the country. After 30 years of establishment and development, HCA has gathered 350 companies and 1,302 individuals as members. In addition, HCA is also the partner of more than 30 trade promotion organizations, associations, societies from the nations and territories operating in Vietnam and in their own country.

With the motto of commitment, sharing, cooperation together for development, HCA is absolutely ready to accompany ICT enterprises, closely cooperate with partners who operate in and outside of the IT industry, support members and enterprises to promote their advantages, be a bridge to implement events, programs such as business matching, fairs, seminars, calls for investment, trade promotion activities.
