NWoS 2026 Startups explored Data Center infrastructure at QTSC

As part of the Next Wave of Startups Accelerator 2026 (NWoS 2026), startups explored Data Center infrastructure at QTSC on the afternoon of September 30, 2026, through an activity jointly organized by QTSC and the Organizing Committee. The program provided startups with insights into digital infrastructure and key factors to consider when selecting storage and infrastructure solutions for operating technology products.

Next Wave of Startups Accelerator 2026 was organized by SoiHub, WorkFlow, OITI, and TIC, in collaboration with NACENTECH and TADI Global. The program aims to support the innovation startup community through knowledge sharing, networking, and access to the technology ecosystem.

During the program, the startups were introduced to an overview of QTSC and attended a session entitled “How does a Data Center operate & what type of storage should startups choose?”. The session focused on the core infrastructure layers of a data center and reliability standards such as Tier classification and uptime/SLA, while also explaining the differences among colocation, dedicated servers, cloud/VPS, and private/hybrid cloud models.

The program also covered key factors businesses need to consider when deploying and operating technology products, including information security, reliability, scalability, compliance requirements and so on. These factors are particularly relevant to startups developing artificial intelligence (AI) products and platforms, which increasingly require greater computing power, storage capacity, and data processing capabilities.

QTSC representatives then shared information about the innovation ecosystem as well as programs and policies supporting startups at QTSC. This provided startup companies with further insights into opportunities for growth, networking, and collaboration within the technology ecosystem.

The Q&A and networking session allowed startups to discuss practical issues in selecting and deploying technology infrastructure directly with QTSC representatives and speakers. After the program, participants toured the Data Center at QTSC to learn more about its operating environment and security and safety requirements.

Through the program, QTSC strengthened its engagement with the innovation startup community while introducing its digital infrastructure capabilities and technology ecosystem, helping create further opportunities for networking and collaboration between startups and organizations within the ecosystem.
