On January 10, 2026, a delegation from the People’s Security University paid a working visit to QTSC. Welcoming the delegation, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC, delivered a welcoming address, expressing her appreciation for QTSC being selected as the University’s destination for practical research. She also shared an overview of QTSC’s key roles, functions, and development plans going forward.
Joining the delegation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center, shared the expectations of the visit. Mr. Pham Ngoc Hoang, Deputy Head of the Faculty of State Management of Security and Order at the People’s Security University, introduced the delegation members and outlined the purpose of the visit. The program aimed to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in political theory, strengthen the connection between theory and practice, and improve the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.
During the working session, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoa shared insights into activities related to the implementation of digital transformation and smart city programs and projects, as well as the provision of digital transformation support services for agencies, organizations, and enterprises across Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition, representatives of QTSC introduced an overview of the park, its initiatives to promote science and technology development, digital transformation efforts, and future development orientations. Mr. Phan Phuong Tung, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Support and Consulting Center (DXCenter)—a unit under QTSC—also shared insights into DXCenter’s role and functions in supporting digital transformation for agencies, organizations, and enterprises.
The working session provided valuable information to support the University’s research, teaching, and learning activities. The program also included interactive discussions and exchanges to further clarify practical implementation issues related to training and research.
At the conclusion of the program, the delegation visited the QTSC Digitech Center, a core unit of QTSC in providing digital infrastructure, information security, and digital technology services and solutions for government agencies, organizations, and enterprises in the city. The delegation also visited the QTSC Museum, which showcases representative documents, images, and artifacts highlighting the QTSC’s 25-year journey of development.
The field visit to QTSC provided the People’s Security University delegation with a more comprehensive and practical perspective on models of digital infrastructure development, digital transformation, and the application of technology in real-world settings. The visit contributed to strengthening the teaching and learning of political theory in connection with practice, while also enhancing exchange between the University and QTSC in the time ahead.
