On the afternoon of 20 June 2026, the Closing and Award Ceremony of the 35th Ho Chi Minh City Youth Informatics Contest was held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking, marking the conclusion of a competition journey for hundreds of students passionate about IT and technology across the city.
As a long-standing partner of the Contest, QTSC continued to demonstrate its commitment to activities that identify and nurture young technology talents. At the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy CEO of QTSC, presented awards and congratulated outstanding individuals and teams for their remarkable achievements.
Earlier, on 14 June 2026, 560 top-performing contestants advanced to the Contest’s final round. They competed in various categories, including programming, mathematical thinking, algorithmic thinking, and innovative technology products, highlighting diverse approaches to nurturing digital competencies among Ho Chi Minh City students. This year's Contest also marked several firsts, as Mathematical Thinking and Algorithmic Thinking categories were introduced for primary and lower secondary school students, encouraging early engagement with computational thinking and digital technology.
In developing its digital technology ecosystem, QTSC places special emphasis on nurturing the next generation of digital talent. Through its network of technology enterprises, educational institutions, innovation spaces, and experiential learning programs, QTSC aims to provide young people with early exposure to science and technology, foster a spirit of innovation, and gradually build digital mindset and digital skills, equipping them to adapt to the evolving demands of the future digital economy.
Having accompanied the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Informatics Contest for many years, QTSC will continue to work closely with the organizers in supporting activities that recognize and nurture young technology talents, helping inspire a spirit of learning, innovation, and passion for technology among generations of students across the city.
