QTSC announces new customer supporting policy to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic

The outbreak of COVID-19 affects every aspect of global social life in general and Vietnam in particular. Besides the impact on human, the COVID-19 pandemic has been causing rapid disruptions in business, affecting production activities of enterprises across the country, including in Quang Trung Software City (QTSC). For assisting and sharing difficulties caused by COVID-19 in the current period, QTSC has constantly proposed the supporting policies for clients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first policy was announced on 01st April 2020 with special supporting packages for clients who were seriously affected or closed, blocked by the COVID-19 pandemic (see more here: https://www.qtsc.com.vn/en/news/qtsc-announces-the-customers-supporting-policy-in-covid-19-pandemic)

On April 24th, QTSC continued to inform the second policy for clients as following:

Package 1: Supporting individuals, IT enterprises renting office space or utility service space of QTSC (not applicable to cooperation contract for exploiting utility service space): One to three months free of charge for the Rent (excluding service charge) for individuals, enterprises having an office lease contract with QTSC. Applied duration from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

Package 2: Supporting individuals, IT enterprises using QTSC's Internet services: Enterprises operating in Quang Trung Software City and using QTSC's Internet services will receive a 30% discount of Internet service charges for 2 months. Applied duration from June 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020.

Through these supporting policies, QTSC hopes to minimize the difficulties and risks for customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping businesses to recover from the current difficulties and continue to cooperate with QTSC in the upcoming stages.
