On the morning of September 4th 2020, the Management Council of Quang Trung Software City Chain (QTSC Chain) had a meeting with the leaders of Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee in order to discuss the plan to build Tay Ninh Creative Technology Park and join QTSC Chain.

The meeting featured Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long - Standing Member of QTSC Chain Management Council, and Mr. Truong Minh Huy Vu – CEO of ITP.

Welcoming the delegation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc – Chairman of People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province introduced an overview of the province, which located in the country's southern key economic region with three international border gates, Asian Highway, spare ground, human resource, and big advantages of a border gate economic zone. It plans to give priority to attract more strategic investors in an aim to become a new growth point in 2030.

Following that, Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long introduced QTSC Chain, the procedure and route to be its member. Mr. Truong Minh Huy Vu suggested that Tay Ninh Province should establish a creative technology zone that will promote IT application development and contribute to the development of the local economy.
