QTSC collaborates with Center 286 to donate computers in support of the “Digital literacy for all” movement in Dong Nai Province

To promote the national digital transformation in conjunction with the development of digital literacy, on January 27, 2026, a working delegation from Center 286, together with QTSC, organized a computer donation program for the People’s Committee of Bu Gia Map Commune, Dong Nai Province. On this occasion, the delegation also visited the “Computer skills for children” model at Dak A Primary School.

The delegation was led by Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hoan, Political Commissar of Center 286, along with representatives from Center 286 and QTSC. The program aimed to support the implementation of the “Digital literacy for all” movement, thereby contributing to the effective deployment of the Government’s Project 1219, particularly in border areas.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation donated eight sets of computers to the People’s Committee of Bu Gia Map Commune to support local villages. This meaningful activity helped strengthen IT infrastructure and promote the application of digital tools in management, administration, and public service delivery at the local. It also laid the foundation for synchronized digital transformation, spreading from the commune level to villages and hamlets.

The donated equipment not only enhances the efficiency of administrative operations but also contributes to advancing the “Digital literacy for all” movement, gradually narrowing the digital divide and improving the effectiveness of public awareness and outreach on the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws, especially in remote and border areas.

Alongside the computer donation activities, the delegation visited Dak A Primary School to learn firsthand about the operation of the “Computer Skills for Children” model, which has been implemented by Center 286 since September 2025. The model has proven to be effective, helping students develop basic computer skills, gradually familiarize themselves with a digital learning environment, and improve the quality of education while fostering their comprehensive development.

Through this program, Center 286 and QTSC reaffirmed their coordinated efforts to support local authorities in implementing major policies on digital transformation, digital education, and sustainable development. The initiative contributes to promoting the application of information technology in management, teaching, and learning activities, with the goal of building a digital government and digital society aligned with local practical conditions.
