On August 14, 2026, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) held its 6th National Congress for the 2026–2031 term under the theme 'Digital Technology Synergy – Elevating the Nation.' The Congress reviewed VINASA’s activities during the 2021–2025 term, outlined its development directions for the new period, consolidated its organizational structure, and elected the Executive Committee for the 6th term.

Entering the new term, VINASA aimed to strengthen connections within the digital technology business community, harness its collective strength, foster cooperation and combine resources, and enhance the competitiveness and standing of Vietnam’s digital technology industry.

At the Congress, Mr. Tran Huu Dung, CEO of QTSC, was elected to the VINASA Executive Committee for the 2026–2031 term. This provided QTSC with greater opportunities to play an active role in the Association’s activities, share its experience, expand its network, and contribute to programs and initiatives for the overall development of the industry.

On the same occasion, QTSC was honored by the President of VINASA as an outstanding enterprise for its positive contributions to the development of VINASA and Vietnam’s information technology industry. This recognition was particularly meaningful to QTSC, reflecting its sustained efforts and long-standing engagement with the Association and the technology community over the years.

Over 25 years of development, QTSC has built a diverse digital technology ecosystem with more than 120 technology enterprises offering over 650 products, services, and solutions for domestic and international markets. In addition to developing infrastructure and a favorable environment for businesses, QTSC focuses on strengthening connectivity within the ecosystem, fostering innovation, developing human resources, and expanding partnerships domestically and internationally.

As a member of VINASA’s Executive Committee for the 6th term, QTSC will continue to work closely with VINASA, actively participate in the Association’s activities, share experience, and leverage its strengths, thereby contributing to a more dynamic digital technology ecosystem and the sustainable development of Vietnam’s digital technology industry.
