On the morning of 1 July 2026, the People's Committee of Trung My Tay Ward held a ceremony to announce the Resolution of the Ward People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of neighborhoods across the ward.
The event was held in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Saigon–Gia Dinh officially being renamed Ho Chi Minh City (2 July 1976 – 2 July 2026), as well as the first anniversary of Trung My Tay Ward. It also marked an important milestone in strengthening local governance, improving administrative efficiency, and delivering better public services to the community.
On this occasion, to support the ward's digital transformation efforts and improve working conditions at the grassroots level, Quang Trung Software City Development Company Limited (QTSC) donated 22 computer sets to the ward's 22 newly established neighborhoods.
The donated equipment will help strengthen the technology infrastructure supporting local administration, day-to-day operations, and the processing of administrative procedures at the neighborhood level. It will also create favorable conditions for expanding the application of digital technologies in grassroots public administration, contributing to more efficient and citizen-centric public services.
As a pioneer in developing the digital technology ecosystem and a long-standing partner in Ho Chi Minh City's digital transformation journey, QTSC remains committed to initiatives that bring technology closer to local communities and promote its practical application. Through this donation program, QTSC hopes to work alongside Trung My Tay Ward in building a strong digital foundation for local governance, contributing to Ho Chi Minh City's goal of developing digital government, a digital society, and a smart city.
