QTSC empowered enterprises on the digital transformation journey at Biztech 2025

On June 3–4, 2025, QTSC participated in the Biztech Summit & Expo 2025 – the largest annual event in Ho Chi Minh City dedicated to digital transformation for businesses and organizations. The event drew significant interest from the technology community, as well as domestic and international enterprises seeking optimal solutions for their digital transformation journeys.

With the goal of updating knowledge, sharing experiences, and fostering digital transformation collaboration, Biztech 2025 served as a convergence point for the latest advanced products, services, and technology solutions. Contributing to this goal, QTSC introduced a comprehensive digital ecosystem developed by its internal business community, featuring solutions that have been widely applied across various industries and sectors.

At its exhibition booth, QTSC introduced three key groups of solutions:

  • Digital transformation support and consulting services: including tailored consulting for specific sectors (business, education and training, healthcare, natural resources and environment, etc.), digital transformation training, event organization, and brand communication.
  • Technology infrastructure and cyber-security: including comprehensive cybersecurity services, data center infrastructure, cloud computing infrastructure, Internet services.
  • Solution and application ecosystem: featuring key products such as smart city solutions, e-portals, drive services, enterprise email, online conferencing, data digitization and analytics, AI chatbots and virtual assistants, VR/AR technology, e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and more.

In addition to the exhibition, the representative from QTSC participated in a thematic panel session titled “Optimizing operations in the AI-driven era,” delivering a presentation on “AI applications in information security assurance.” The talk highlighted several key points in 2025, such as: a sharp rise in AI-driven attacks, with 67.4% of phishing incidents in 2024 involving AI; an awareness gap: 66% of organizations acknowledged AI as the most transformative factor, yet only 37% had protective measures in place; a talent shortage: 50% of organizations used AI to compensate for cybersecurity skill gaps; etc.

The QTSC representative emphasized the benefits of applying AI in cybersecurity, such as optimizing human resources, providing comprehensive attack surface monitoring, and ensuring full visibility across IoT systems and supply chains - all of which are critical requirements in modern security.

QTSC’s presence at Biztech 2025 not only reaffirmed its pioneering role in digital transformation but also opened up broader opportunities for collaboration and connection with partners and businesses across the technology ecosystem in Vietnam and the region.
