On the morning of November 16, 2025, at QTSC, Saigon Industry Corporation (CNS) organized the companion walking program “20-year journey – Joining hands for social welfare” and the Golden bell challenge “CNS – Development milestones.” These activities were held in celebration of the 20th anniversary of CNS’s establishment.

Within the framework of the program, QTSC coordinated the tree-planting activity “Together for a Green QTSC,” one of the key initiatives marking the 25th anniversary of QTSC. Numerous trees were newly planted in planned areas, contributing to the expansion of green spaces and the creation of a healthier working environment for more than 21,000 people currently studying and working at the park.

With green areas accounting for over 8% of its total area, QTSC features a large and well-preserved green space that is maintained as a core value of the park. This green environment not only enhances landscape quality but also fosters an ideal setting for scientific research and innovation. It is a distinctive advantage that has helped QTSC become an attractive destination for the IT business community.

Since 2016, QTSC has digitized its entire technical infrastructure through a GIS-based system, including data related to green spaces and trees. This digitalization has effectively supported management and monitoring activities such as identifying the location of each tree, tree species, age, growth condition, and maintenance history. By standardizing data on the GIS platform, QTSC has become more proactive in maintenance, upkeep, and landscape improvement. Building on these efforts, QTSC is currently implementing a the Youth Project “QR-coded tree labeling at QTSC integrated with the GIS platform,” aiming to further modernize green space management while promoting the application of technology in managing the park’s green infrastructure.

Through these comprehensive efforts, QTSC is gradually reinforcing its position as a typical green and smart technology park in Ho Chi Minh City. Beyond expanding green coverage and applying technology to infrastructure management, QTSC strives to build a harmonious ecosystem that balances technology, people, and the environment. Initiatives such as tree planting, data digitalization, automated environmental monitoring, and the promotion of green lifestyles all contribute to laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of technology enterprises within the park.

In the context of the city and the country actively pursuing climate goals, QTSC remains committed to accompanying the community in the dual transformation of green transition and digital transformation, making practical contributions to sustainable development, emissions reduction, and the national goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
