QTSC held fire safety and rescue awareness program for on-site enterprises

On the morning of July 25, 2025, QTSC, in collaboration with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City, held a program to provide fire safety and rescue knowledge to enterprises operating within the QTSC campus.

This activity is part of an annual awareness program aimed at raising fire safety knowledge and improving rescue response skills among businesses operating within the QTSC campus. The program attracted 52 participants from 30 enterprises.

During the sharing session, fire and rescue officers provided engaging and practical guidance through video clips and real-life experiences, covering key topics such as:

  • An overview of fire prevention and rescue operations at QTSC
  • Guidance on how to respond to fire incidents and evacuate safely
  • How to use on-site firefighting equipment
  • Instructions on using the "Help 114" emergency application
  • Preventive safety measures at work, at home, and in public gathering places
  • Introduction to new effective legal documents on fire safety, effective from July 1, 2025, including detailed regulations and implementation guidelines

In addition to providing key knowledge, the program encouraged participants to actively engage in discussions and reflect on real-life scenarios to draw practical lessons for both their workplaces and daily lives. Strengthening emergency response skills, especially in escaping fires and using fire extinguishers, was emphasized as a key factor in minimizing the spread of fire and potential damage.

As a follow-up to the awareness program, QTSC will conduct fire drill exercises from August 1 to 15, 2025, at multiple buildings across the campus, including: QTSC Building 01, Helios Building, SBI Building, QTSC Telecom Center, QTSC Building 03, R&D Labs 1, QTSC Building 6A, QTSC Building 8 and QTSC Building 10.

Through these efforts, QTSC reaffirms its commitment to building a safe, proactive, and risk-conscious working environment. At the same time, it aims to strengthen collaboration and connection among on-site enterprises in safeguarding people and assets. These initiatives also serve as a foundation for building a smart, sustainable, and highly adaptive technology ecosystem in response to emerging safety and security challenges in the digital age.
