QTSC implements judicial document digitization service

QTSC Telecom is now providing the document digitization solution for judicial management system of the city’s districts and government agencies.

Currently, the districts have been implementing the civil status management software, however, the data before 2015 has still saved as paper documents that causes many difficulties in searching and using. Especially, the important documents such as birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates are stored entirely on the handwritten books. When someone need to re-issue or copy from their original information, it must be compared with the information stored in the stock. This will take much time, thus, number of requests are resolved within a day is limited. In addition, paper storage has some limitations such as:

  • Cost the area, storage space.
  • Files to be separated, not organized scientifically.
  • Difficulties in updating files into e-database.
  • Difficulties in finding and exploiting information.
  • Loss, damage by many factors.
  • Limitations in report, statistic.

Recognizing the difficulties, QTSC has coordinated with partners providing the services of judicial data digitization, civil status management. Accordingly, QTSC will be responsible for the conversion from paper documents stored in the stock to the digital documents stored in computers, servers or digital content storage devices.
