On May 14 and 15, 2026, the People’s Committee of An Giang Province, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) and local departments, organized a series of activities promoting smart cities and digital transformation. The program was held in celebration of Vietnam Science, Technology and Innovation Day (May 18), while also contributing to the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation.
As part of the event, QTSC participated in a digital transformation consultation program for communes, wards, and special zones across An Giang Province. The program gathered more than 300 leaders and specialized officials from 102 local administrative units to discuss practical challenges in implementing digital government and smart city initiatives at the local level.
At the event, QTSC introduced data digitization and cybersecurity solutions aimed at helping agencies and organizations accelerate their digital transformation process. In particular, the data digitization solution enabled paper records to be converted into searchable and easily retrievable electronic formats, contributing to more efficient document storage and preservation while improving information retrieval speed for management and operational activities.
In addition, QTSC also shared infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. With a strategy of continuously investing in upgrading and updating advanced technologies for telecommunications network infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing infrastructure, and security systems, QTSC aimed to ensure service quality, cybersecurity for customers’ information systems, as well as e-government applications that support the operational activities of the government, and provide services to the residents of Ho Chi Minh City, all of which are hosted at QTSC’s data center.
Alongside the consultation activities, QTSC also participated in the technology exhibition area, showcasing key services and solutions such as data center infrastructure, Internet connectivity, comprehensive cybersecurity services, cloud infrastructure services, and a digital transformation application ecosystem. These solutions attracted significant interest from delegates, businesses, and local authorities.
Through its participation in the activities in An Giang Province, QTSC reaffirms its commitment to supporting localities in developing digital government, smart city, and sustainable digital infrastructure. Backed by a comprehensive digital ecosystem comprising data centers, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity services, and digital transformation platforms, QTSC aims to help enterprises and government agencies enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data connectivity, and drive innovation in the digital era.
