The Startup and Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City, located at 123 Truong Dinh Street in Xuan Hoa Ward, was officially inaugurated and put into operation on August 23. Covering nearly 17,000 square meters, the center building is operated under a public–private partnership (PPP) model. Positioned as a central hub, the center is expected to serve as a nucleus connecting resources within the startup ecosystem and a testing ground for new policy initiatives.

The event marks an important milestone in implementing Politburo Resolution 57 on advancing science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the event, QTSC showcased its typical technology solutions, reaffirming its pioneering role in providing IT infrastructure, services, and solutions, as well as digital transformation consulting and support for businesses and government agencies. Capitalizing on its robust infrastructure and technology partnerships, QTSC introduced the Smart Public Administration Solution at Ward/Commune People’s Committees, integrating Smart Kiosk and AI-powered Robot with the following key functions:

• AI-powered Robot provides guidance and initial consultation, enabling citizens to easily access information and accurately identify the right administrative procedures.
• Smart Kiosk enables quick online search, form submission, and application filing, significantly reducing waiting times.

This solution contributes to building a citizen-friendly, modern government, enhancing public service experiences, and accelerating digital transformation in administrative services. It also reflects QTSC’s vision of developing into a green, smart technology hub, pioneering in digital transformation and innovation for Ho Chi Minh City.

Going forward, QTSC will continue partnering with the Startup and Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City to deploy new technology solutions, creating a supportive environment for startups and innovative enterprises. This partnership not only contributes to the city’s sustainable development goals but also reaffirms QTSC’s role as a strategic partner in shaping a comprehensive digital technology ecosystem.

During the inauguration, alongside dynamic technology showcases, delegates and guests explored the building’s dedicated functional spaces. Specifically, the first to third floors are designated for government-managed programs, serving as a hub for policy implementation, talent incubation, and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. The fourth to seventh floors are reserved for the private sector, gathering incubators, venture capital funds, and domestic and international tech corporations. Notably, the sixth floor will house the HCMC International Financial Center, providing a favorable environment for startups in the financial technology (Fintech) sector.
