QTSC maintains international ISO certifications for quality, environmental, energy, and information security management

In its ongoing efforts to enhance service quality, standardize management practices, and ensure information security, QTSC has officially obtained and continues to maintain several important international ISO certifications, affirming its management capability in line with global standards in the provision of information technology infrastructure and services.

Specifically, QTSC has been recertified for the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, valid from January 10, 2026, to January 9, 2029. The scope of these certifications covers the provision of internet and telecommunications services, fully serviced office leasing, and utility services supporting organizations operating within the park. The simultaneous application of these two standards demonstrates QTSC’s commitment to delivering stable and efficient services while placing strong emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development.

In addition, QTSC has maintained the validity of its Energy Management System certification under ISO 50001:2018, effective from January 4, 2025, to January 3, 2028. This certification applies to all energy-consuming activities, equipment, and processes within QTSC’s operational scope, contributing to improved energy efficiency, optimized operating costs, and the pursuit of environmentally friendly and sustainable development goals.

At the same time, QTSC is undergoing recertification for its Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27017:2015, ISO/IEC 27018:2019, as assessed by TUV Nord. This represents an important step in strengthening data protection capabilities and meeting increasingly stringent requirements for information security and cybersecurity in the context of digital transformation and smart city development.

Achieving and maintaining these international ISO certifications not only reinforces QTSC’s credibility and management capacity but also serves as a strong commitment to delivering secure, high-quality, and sustainable IT, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure services that meet the expectations of regulatory authorities, enterprises, and partners both domestically and internationally.
