On the afternoon of July 9, 2025, QTSC in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) and the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Support and Consulting Center (DXCenter), organized a specialized seminar titled “AI and Cybersecurity – Challenges and Opportunities in Digital Transformation” at the SKY EXPO Vietnam International Exhibition and Convention Center.
The event attracted over 100 participants, including technology experts, government officials, business leaders, IT adopters, and organizations active in the field of cybersecurity. The seminar served as a place for sharing experiences and exploring emerging trends in AI applications for monitoring and securing information systems, while addressing key challenges in Vietnam’s digital transformation process.
According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, by the end of 2024, Vietnam had nearly 74,000 digital technology enterprises—a 10.1% increase from 2023—contributing 11% to the national GDP. In parallel, the adoption of AI in management, production, and operations has become increasingly widespread, reinforcing the critical role of this technology in building a dynamic and sustainable digital economy.
The seminar featured four main presentations:
- QTSC introduced its AI SOC model – a next-generation cybersecurity monitoring system that integrates multi-layered AI and automates incident detection, response, and analysis processes, thereby enhancing information system protection capabilities for organizations and enterprises.
- Lac Viet Computing Corporation presented its Financial AI Agent – a virtual assistant powered by AI for the finance sector, enabling automated data analysis, report visualization, and rapid, accurate decision-making support.
- QTSC Smart View – an AI-integrated platform for centralized IT infrastructure management, offering features such as system failure prediction, anomaly detection, resource optimization, operational automation and more.
- Ennoconn Vietnam shared insights on the role of technology in advancing Net Zero goals and complying with ESG standards—factors that are increasingly becoming mandatory in global supply chains. Ennoconn Vietnam also emphasized AI-based solutions for energy management and resource optimization, which are key to the development strategy of smart industrial zones.
The seminar “AI and Cybersecurity – Challenges and Opportunities in Digital Transformation” helped promote effective and secure AI models, contributing to comprehensive digital transformation and sustainable development.
