QTSC participated in the 10th IT Recruitment and Exhibition – HUTECH IT Open Day 2026

On the morning of April 3, 2026, the IT Recruitment and Exhibition – HUTECH IT Open Day 2026 officially kicked off at HUTECH – Thu Duc Campus. As an annual event, the year 2026 marks its 10th edition, reflecting a decade of steady development and reaffirming its position as one of the largest and most reputable platforms connecting businesses and students in the IT sector at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).

The event was organized by HUTECH’s Faculty of Information Technology, with the support of various prestigious organizations and associations, including QTSC, Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), Vietnam IT Outsourcing Alliance (VNITO), and Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP). The involvement of these organizations helps reinforce the connection between education and industry, contributing to the development of a high-quality technology workforce.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Huu Dung – CEO of QTSC and Vice Chairman of HCA – congratulated HUTECH on the 10th anniversary of the event. He emphasized the significance of the program, which brought together over 70 enterprises and more than 5,000 students, offering thousands of job opportunities. According to him, HUTECH IT Open Day is not only a recruitment event but also an effective model for connecting universities, businesses, and students within Ho Chi Minh City’s technology ecosystem.

Amid the growing demand for tech talent—particularly in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), data, cloud computing, software development, and cybersecurity, he noted that the technology workforce must go beyond theoretical knowledge to include practical skills, adaptability, and innovative thinking. Programs such as HUTECH IT Open Day serve as a vital bridge, enabling students to engage more closely with the business environment and the labor market.

A key highlight of the program was the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between HUTECH and 15 leading technology corporations and enterprises. Notably, companies operating within QTSC, such as TMA Solutions and Hitachi Digital Services, were among the participants. These agreements help expand collaboration networks while providing valuable opportunities for scholarships, internships, and employment for IT students.

Importantly, on the occasion of its recent 25th anniversary, QTSC also signed a cooperation agreement with HUTECH to develop a digital talent ecosystem, strengthening the connection between education and real-world industry demands. Through its participation in HUTECH IT Open Day 2026 and promoting collaborative training programs, QTSC is gradually realizing its strategic direction of developing high-quality technology human resources, serving as a bridge between academia, industry, and students, and contributing to the development of the digital economy.

Following the opening ceremony, HUTECH IT Open Day 2026 continued with a wide range of activities, including recruitment interviews, technology exhibitions, thematic seminars, academic and entertainment activities, and company visits—providing students with opportunities to experience real working environments while still in university.
