As part of the Ho Chi Minh City Innovation, Science, Technology and Startup Week 2025 (WISE HCMC+ 2025), which took place from November 26 to 28, QTSC participated in the event with two major activities: showcasing its technology solutions at the exhibition booth and accompanying the Digital Transformation Advisory Program for the public sector. Under the theme “Innovation and Technology – The Future of Our City,” this year’s event highlighted the importance of technology and innovation in developing a knowledge-based economy and building a smart, modern city.

At its exhibition booth, QTSC showcased a portfolio of flagship digital solutions and services, built upon its robust digital infrastructure and proven operational capabilities. The offerings included data-center infrastructure services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and a suite of digital-transformation applications such as e-portal systems, document digitization, public-service kiosks, information-lookup kiosks, and queue-management systems. QTSC also introduced its digital-transformation awareness training programs and AI-powered robotics solution, highlighting the practical applicability and diversity of its technology offerings.

Alongside the exhibition activities, QTSC also participated in the Digital Transformation Advisory Program for the public sector, held on the morning of November 26. The program aimed to support city departments and all 168 wards and communes in identifying priority challenges, selecting suitable solutions, and defining feasible digital-transformation roadmaps. Through direct interaction between governmental agencies, local authorities, and expert teams from technology enterprises, the program focused on five key domains: public administration, the local economy, infrastructure - urban - environment, culture - education - health, and agriculture - rural development. It also emphasized three core foundations: digital capacity, digital infrastructure - cybersecurity, and data - system integration.

With extensive experience in implementing digital-transformation projects and as the operator of Ho Chi Minh City’s shared data warehouse, as well as a provider of IT and data-center infrastructure… QTSC participated as an advisory partner, sharing practical implementation experience and proven solution models. This contribution helped public-sector units quickly shape implementation approaches, select suitable digital platforms, and develop actionable plans for long-term effectiveness. Through its participation, QTSC continued to contribute to the development of digital government, digital society and a smart city, supporting Ho Chi Minh City on its path toward sustainable growth.
