From October 13-15, 2025, QTSC and its resident enterprises proudly took part in the exhibition celebrating the first congress of Ho Chi Minh City’s Municipal Party Organisation, term 2025-2030, showcasing a wide range of innovative technology products and solutions.

With an ecosystem of over 120 enterprises and more than 650 technology products, services, and solutions, QTSC stands as a pioneer in providing IT infrastructure and digital solutions. It also drives a variety of initiatives to support and advise enterprises and government agencies in their digital transformation journey.

At the exhibition space themed “National strategic technology products in Ho Chi Minh City,” QTSC’s digital ecosystem featured several prominent technology solutions:

Smart Public Administration Solutionat Ward/Commune People’s Committees, integrating Smart Kiosk and AI-powered Robot with the following key functions:

• AI-powered Robotprovides guidance and initial consultation, enabling citizens to easily access information and accurately identify the right administrative procedures.
• Smart Kioskenables quick online search, form submission, and application filing, significantly reducing waiting times. This solution contributes to building a citizen-friendly, modern government, enhancing public service experiences, and accelerating digital transformation in administrative services. 

Q-Cloud Computing Infrastructure empowers government agencies and enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City to deploy applications with greater flexibility and efficiency. It also fosters scientific research, innovation, and sustainable development. Currently, the city’s Data Center operates on QTSC’s Q-Cloud platform with more than 1,500 servers, powering 80 official portals, 53 shared systems, and 358 information systems serving departments and local wards across the city.

Q-Cyber Security helps build a safe and trusted digital environment, supporting the city in developing a robust technological infrastructure that meets digital transformation and data protection requirements. The solution currently safeguards 1,500 servers and over 83,000 email accounts across the city’s network.

E-Portal solution provides transparent access to public information and online administrative services, fostering stronger interaction between the government, citizens, and enterprises while improving management efficiency and driving the city’s digital transformation.

Digital learning resources integrating AI – IoT – Robotics – Automation technologies:

• AI & Robotics: STEM robot kits such as ENGINO and SPHERO BOLT help students explore electronics and programming through hands-on assembly and control, fostering logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• VR & AR technology with CLASS VR provides immersive and engaging experiences that help students of all ages to explore subjects in a vivid, interactive way, significantly enhancing comprehension and memory retention.
• IoT technology: IoT Smart Home and Smart Farm Kit help learners understand network connectivity, automation, and real-world technology applications through practical models of smart homes and smart farming systems.
• Drone technology: LITEBEE WING kit enables students to control and program drones to perform a wide range of tasks — from basic operations to complex applications in logistics, agriculture, and fire prevention.

AI Agent & Intelligent Virtual Assistant: this solution supports document processing, data analysis, and automated interaction. Extracting machine: designed for extracting natural essences and medicinal compounds using advanced CO2 or gas-based extraction technology, it increases efficiency and reduces gas consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional methods.

Comprehensive AI Tools for SMEs: this cost-effective and easy-to-integrate automation toolkit helps businesses enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and expand globally. Applications include text-to-video creation for communications, virtual instructors for e-learning, automated customer interaction and report generation, image creation, etc.

These showcased solutions highlight QTSC’s continuous efforts to leverage technology for the benefit of citizens, businesses, and government agencies — contributing to the city’s ongoing digital transformation.
