QTSC partnered with Biztech 2026 and the seminar on Cybersecurity in the AI Era

On the morning of May 12, 2026, the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (Vinasa) organized the seminar “Cybersecurity in the AI Era” as part of the Biztech 2026 event series, held on May 12–13 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together technology experts, businesses, and cybersecurity solution providers to discuss emerging trends, cybersecurity challenges and strategies in the era of rapidly evolving AI technologies.

At the seminar, experts noted that AI is no longer merely an emerging technology but a transformative force reshaping the cybersecurity landscape. In the AI era, cybersecurity now goes beyond protecting IT systems to encompass the protection of data, AI models, AI agents, and automated decision-making processes.

As an event partner, QTSC delivered a presentation titled “Security Solutions for Enterprises in the AI Era,” focusing on how businesses can build proactive defense capabilities amid increasingly rapid, automated, and AI-driven cyberattacks.

According to the presentation, AI does not necessarily create entirely new risks, but it accelerates existing threats and makes them more difficult to detect. Phishing emails can now be far more sophisticated and highly personalized, scanning campaigns can be more heavily automated, while malware can continuously evolve into new variants to evade detection. On the other hand, AI also creates opportunities for security teams through its ability to reduce alert noise, detect anomalies, support investigations, and accelerate incident response. However, this requires enterprises to establish strong data foundations and well-developed SOC operating models.

QTSC’s key advantage comes from its comprehensive ecosystem, including data center infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and extensive operational experience supporting organizations and enterprises. This is a critical factor, as SOC is not merely software — it also requires stable infrastructure, reliable connectivity, well-defined operational processes, skilled personnel, and seamless integration with customers’ existing systems.

QTSC SOC AI is built on a unified SOC platform model combined with Managed SOC services. Rather than replacing an enterprise’s existing tools, the solution serves as a centralized layer for data aggregation, standardization, analysis, event correlation, and incident response support. For large enterprises, this model enhances visibility and automation capabilities, while for SMEs, it provides an efficient way to establish SOC capabilities without having to invest in a fully built SOC center from scratch.

Concluding the presentation, the QTSC representative emphasized that in the AI era, cybersecurity can no longer be treated as a one-time deployment project but must become a continuous operational capability for enterprises. To adapt to increasingly sophisticated threats, businesses need to detect earlier, understand more accurately, and respond faster. QTSC SOC AI reflects QTSC’s approach to bringing SOC capabilities, AI, and the Zero Trust model closer to the business community, especially organizations that require meaningful cybersecurity capabilities while maintaining cost and operational efficiency.
