On the afternoon of August 10, 2026, Digital Trust Alliance Club Ho Chi Minh City (DTAHCM) was officially launched as part of the Ho Chi Minh City KOL Summit, with the aim of connecting organizations, experts, businesses, and content creators to jointly foster a safe, responsible, and respectful online environment. QTSC joined as a partner of the Club, contributing to the promotion of positive values and greater awareness of safety and responsibility in digital space.

Operating under the professional guidance of the Digital Trust Alliance, DTAHCM aims to build a network connecting relevant stakeholders, particularly KOLs, KOCs, and social media influencers. Through its activities, the Club seeks to promote humanistic values, strengthen digital ethics and social responsibility, and enhance skills in identifying misinformation, preventing online scams, and recognizing increasingly sophisticated forms of information manipulation amid the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI).

During the program, Lieutenant Colonel Ho Tho Hai, Deputy Head of the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (PA05), announced the decision to establish DTAHCM. The Club’s Executive Board includes representatives from the Ho Chi Minh City Police, PA05, the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Industry and Trade, and other relevant organizations, providing a foundation for stronger collaboration among government agencies, the community, and businesses in initiatives aimed at building trust in the digital space.

As a partner of DTAHCM, QTSC aims to contribute its strengths and experience in digital technology, particularly in digital infrastructure, cloud computing, information security, and digital transformation solutions. In addition to providing technology platforms that support the operations of businesses and organizations, QTSC believes that the development of the digital environment must go hand in hand with safety, transparency, and the responsible use of technology.
