The system enables process digitization, data integration, and improves service efficiency for citizens and businesses. The solution aims to build a fast, integrated, and modern grassroots government in line with the digital transformation roadmap.
In addition, digital transformation in education and training was a key focus of the visit. The presentation underscored its role in innovating teaching and assessment methods, while integrating STEM education to bridge the gap between theory and practice, thereby fostering essential 21st-century 5C skills for students. The delegation also toured and experienced the STEM/STEAM education model firsthand, gaining practical insights into modern, technology-enabled learning approaches.
The delegation then visited the QTSC Digitech Center, which provides a wide range of technology services and solutions, including a TIER 3-certified data center infrastructure, flexible cloud computing services, comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, and a digital transformation ecosystem serving government agencies, organizations, and enterprises.
During the visit, the delegation also toured the QTSC Museum, which highlights the history and development of Vietnam’s first successful concentrated digital technology park.
The working visit to QTSC provided valuable practical insights, helping the delegation gain a clearer understanding of effective digital transformation models and solutions.
