On January 23rd 2018, the Arizona State University’s representatives (ASU) had a meeting at Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) to discuss about master degree training, soft skills training for IT engineers, US - Vietnamese startup exchange and some cooperation programs related to smart city.
Mr. Lam Nguyen Hai Long – CEO of QTSC said that there were huge demands for master degree training as well as soft skills training for IT engineers, especially when those programs were designed by ASU – one of the USA’s top universities. He committed to enthusiastically support on connection between ASU and internal companies so that both of them could receive precious value.
On behalf of ASU, Ms. Kathy D. Wigal, Associate Director of Curricular Innovation made a deep impression on QTSC’s achievement. She also warmly thanked for Mr. Long’s opinions on training content so that ASU would be able to design effective programs for companies in QTSC.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation visited Agriculture Center of Excellence at Lot 13 QTSC, an area dedicated to research and apply new technologies in agriculture to increase the productivity and resource efficiency.
