On the morning of June 12, 2025, QTSC was honored to welcome a business delegation from the Guangdong – Hong Kong – Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA) for a visit and working session. The delegation included more than 50 representatives from associations, government agencies, and enterprises throughout the GBA region.

The delegation was led by Mr. Yuan Fu Yong – Member of the Party Working Committee of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone and Deputy Director General of Qianhai Authority; and Mr. Jesse Choi – Regional Director, Southeast Asia, Sunwah Group – Vietnam Headquarters.

Representing QTSC, Ms. Pham Thi Kim Phuong – Deputy CEO of QTSC, and Mr. Phan Phuong Tung – Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Consulting and Support Center (DXCenter), a unit under QTSC, welcomed the delegation and engaged in discussions with them.

The visit aimed at exploring QTSC’s operational model as well as potential opportunities for collaboration and investment in the technology sector. At the meeting, a QTSC representative presented an overview of the park, its activities, support services, and preferential policies for enterprises, particularly foreign enterprises looking to expand their operations in the Vietnamese market.

During the discussion, GBA enterprises expressed strong interest in opportunities for collaboration on developing technology products and solutions, activities to foster business networking between the two sides, support mechanisms for foreign experts working at QTSC, as well as the demand for and capacity to supply IT human resources amid rapid technological advancements, etc. The delegation shared that the visit provided valuable insights and opened promising prospects for long-term cooperation between the GBA business community and QTSC.

As the first and most successful centralized IT park in Vietnam, QTSC has not only played a pioneering role in attracting technology investment but has also served as a strategic bridge connecting domestic and international enterprises. With an increasingly comprehensive technology ecosystem and an environment conducive to innovation, QTSC continued to reaffirm its position as a leading hub for the development of the IT industry in Ho Chi Minh City and the wider region.
