As the Covid-19 pandemic has been gradually pushed back, the world is entering a new normal life. In that general context, Quality Tech Solution Complex (QTSC) also restarts its activities such as digital transformation, trade promotion, brand communication campaign, community activity, etc.

1. Announcement of new brand identity system:

Over 21 years of establishment and development, QTSC has become one of the leading software parks in Asia. Along with the constant pulse of digital transformation and innovation, QTSC always plays a pioneering role and continues to build a new brand identity system to upgrade QTSC into a Quality Tech Solution Complex, no longer is it a Software City. The launch of the new brand identity system to affirm QTSC’s goal to become a hub providing high quality technology solutions, bringing the most useful values to society. The rebranding introduces QTSC’s spirit of efficiency, dynamic and creative.

Since March 2022, QTSC and QTSC Chain officially has announced the new brand identity system.

2. QTSC has implemented the strategy 2022-2025:

QTSC, as the management unit of Quality Tech Solution Complex, always actively participates in innovation activities, which are the main motivation and long-term orientation for future business development plans. In addition, QTSC also persistently promotes science research, innovation, and experimentation activities of local enterprises to create products and services for the domestic market, which is still many opportunities for development.

• Mission: Providing technology services, comprehensive, diversified, reliable quality technology park infrastructure to promote rapid development for businesses, departments, agencies and communities in the digital economy.

3. Successfully organized the “Training program to learn about the operating model of QTSC”:

This was the first training program organized by QTSC with much more useful information of extensive experience in operating and managing QTSC. Also, the program shared science research and innovation activities to members of QTSC Chain, potential units or localities planning to establish technology zones.

The program took place in 4 days (November 22^nd-25^th) with 6 topics, 24 presentations by 18 speakers and received a positive response from 9 units, 29 participants from Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Hau Giang, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Khanh Hoa, etc. During the training sessions, the participants visited QTSC ecosystem such as the area of research and development for new products and solutions (QTSC R&D Labs), QTSC IOC, STEAMZone, QTSC Telecom Center, Environmental Monitoring Station, etc. The training program was also an activity to connect QTSC Chain’s members, potential units, and businesses together build the sustainable development for Chain ecosystem.

4. Restarting trade promotion activities:

With the goal of connecting business, experiencing and learning new technology trends, on November 2^nd-4^th, QTSC cooperated with HCA to hold a trade promotion delegation joining the InfoComm Southeast Asia 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Furthermore, in order to reconnect with partners in Japan and the U.S., as well as strengthen cooperation relationships with international enterprises, QTSC held trade promotion trips to Japan from October 10^th-15^th, to the U.S. from September 10^th-26^th.

5. Launching “Open data” section on QTSC’s website:

With the aim to support local enterprises monitor environmental parameters in the park, QTSC has connected and integrated the parameters on website: https://www.qtsc.com.vn, via the "Open Data" section. These parameters have also been centrally connected to the Environmental Monitoring Station of QTSC. As a result, when the index exceeds the allowable threshold, relevant departments will promptly receive information and coordinate to handle quickly.

6. Activities to promote digital transformation:

On March 30, QTSC cooperated with Vietnam Blockchain JSC, The Asia Foundation (TAF) and HCMC Information Security Service JSC (HISSC) to organize the workshop “Blockchain technology and digital identity solutions”

QTSC, DXCenter cooperated with SaigonTech to organize training courses "Digital transformation for small and micro enterprises"

QTSC shared about its digital transformation journey at the Digital Transformation Conference in the technical infrastructure sector "Lesson - Capability - Technology" held on June 24

QTSC introduced digital transformation solutions at the “Digital Transformation Week for Regional Economic Development - Hau Giang 2022" taking place from July 07-09

On August 26, QTSC, DXCenter cooperated with TMA Innovation and Thien Kim An Import Export Co., Ltd. to organize the technology seminar "Digital transformation trends and application in personnel monitoring services"

On September 21, Google Play Academy cooperated with QTSC and DXCenter to organize the workshop "Together to master the future"

7. The internal ecosystem has been more "bustle”:

Sky Expo Vietnam International Exhibition Convention Center: in addition to the annual events with a scale of 1,000 - 2,000 exhibition booths, attracting thousands of people visit, this is also the place for exciting activities for young people such as IT student festival, Japanese culture festival, etc.

STEAMZone education center with a series of training and research activities, creative experiences for teachers, pupils and preschool children. As estimated, the center welcomed 40 delegations with more than 3,500 people coming to visit and study in 2022. In addition to schools in the city, many units from other provinces also visit and experience at STEAMZone such as Hai Phong, Dong Thap, Vinh Phuc, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Hau Giang...

8. Activities of community engagement:

On April 22, QTSC, HCMC Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment and local authorities jointly launched the program “Together for a Green QTSC” in response to the program "Million green trees - For a green Vietnam”

QTSC coordinated with District 12 Medical Center to administer the second booster dose (or fourth dose) of Covid-19 vaccines to employees working at QTSC. This enhances or restores protection that may have decreased after the primary doses, thereby giving employees peace of mind to work as well as helps businesses to ensure that their business activities are not affected

With the desire to share, help people suffering severe health problems and respond to the call for the dwindling blood reserves, 400 people who are working and studying at QTSC actively participated in the program "Donating drops of blood - Giving life"

On July 8, QTSC Foundation cooperated with HCA donated 30 computer sets to two primary schools in Hau Giang Province including Vinh Tuong 3 Primary School and Hoa My Primary School, aiming to support pupils to have more opportunities to access IT, early forming a passion for technology and future career orientation

QTSC and the Saigon Times Foundation (STF) have jointly launched the “Dream Color” program from June 1, 2022 to June 1, 2023, offering participants chances to find talent for painting and receive support to nurture the dream of becoming artists

QTSC accompanied the contest OLP'22 - Procon - ICPC Asia Hochiminh City 2022. This was the largest international event in Vietnam to encourage the movement of learning computer science and look for young computing talents

QTSC organized Sports Festival 2022 to create a playground for employees working at QTSC to improve physical fitness and work more efficiently

In the bustling atmosphere of spring, QTSC organized the Arts Contest 2022 with the topic “QTSC sings with Spring” aiming to create connection and exchange between members. The program was held on December 23, with 30 performances through joyful songs about spring, praising the homeland, country and people of Vietnam
